Michael Fox
Dr. Fox was born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in Jacksonville, Florida where he attended The Bolles School.  After graduation from Auburn University, he received his medical degree from the University of Alabama – Birmingham in 1987.  After completing one-year internship in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, he transferred to the University of Mississippi for an obstetrical/gynecology residency.  After completing his residency in 1992, Dr. Fox participated in a two-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.  Dr. Fox received many awards and scholastic accolades during his educational training.

 Dr. Fox passed his board certification in obstetrics and gynecology in 1995 and subspecialty certification in reproductive endocrinology and infertility in 1997.  Dr. Fox serves as the Medical Director of Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine.  He also serves as the Division Chief and Assistant Professor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Florida Health Science Center Jacksonville. 

 Dr. Fox has authored chapters in several current Obstetrical & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology on such subjects as Endometriosis, Treatment of Female Infertility and the Treatment of Male Associated Infertility.  Further, he has published numerous journal articles in well-known specialty periodicals.  Dr. Fox continues to actively participate in research with the University of Florida residents, continually presenting important clinical abstracts regarding current infertility issues. 

 Dr. Fox is a member of numerous professional organizations including The American Society for Reproductive Medicine, The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, The Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, The Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology, Resolve The National Infertility Association, The American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, Society of Reproductive Surgeons, and the Society of Reproductive Endocrinology. 

Along with the goal of assisting couples to achieve desired results, Dr. Fox is also a highly skilled laparoscopic surgeon with a keen interest in endometriosis and pelvic pain.

He also works with patients on the underlying causes of infertility, e.g. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and insulin resistance.

Dr. Fox is happily married and is the proud father of two children.  He is an avid sportsman enjoying boating and fishing as well as other outdoor activities.  He loves antique shopping and searching for great bargains. 


 
Michael D. Fox MD

During medical school at the University of Alabama Birmingham, Dr. Fox was inducted into the prestigious honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha in his Junior year of training.  Dr. Fox passed his board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1995 and sub specialty certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in 1997.  Dr. Fox serves as the Medical Director of Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine.  In addition, he is an Assistant Professor and serves as the Division Chief for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at the University of Florida Health Science Center Jacksonville

He also works with patients on the underlying metabolic causes of infertility, e.g. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and insulin resistance.  Other interest areas include Diminished Ovarian Reserve, PMS, and Recurrent Pregnancy Loss
 
Dr. Fox is happily married and is the proud father of  five children, Madison, Michaela, Magnolia, Millicent and Maddox.  He and his wife, Felicia recently delivered spontaneous triplets!!  As a result, he now has unique insight into this most distressing side effect of infertility treatment.  In addition, he is an avid sportsman enjoying hunting, fishing, boating as well as other outdoor activities with his family.  He loves collecting antiques and photography. 

 
Christopher W. Lipari MD

Dr. Lipari was born and raised on the South Shore of Long Island, New York.  and attended Adelphi University Honors College where he graduated with the highest honors, Summa Cum Laude. Upon graduation from college, Dr. Lipari received his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine, where he also served as a Biochemistry and Physiology tutor. In 2004, he completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, where he received the Robert E. Nesbitt Jr., M.D. "Outstanding Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology" award, the Achievement Award from the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons as well the "Best Teaching Resident" award from Berlex Pharmaceuticals. After completing his residency, Dr. Lipari was awarded a three-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. 

 
Dr. Lipari received board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2005, and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in 2009. He serves as Assistant Professor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at the University of Florida Health Science Center Jacksonville.
 
Although the newest addition to the Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine, Dr. Lipari has presented numerous lectures and authored various scientific abstracts and journal articles while at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He currently also serves as a reviewer for Fertility and Sterility, the leading fertility journals in the country. Additionally, Dr. Lipari has served as the Clinical Supervisor of the Johns Hopkins Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Assisted Reproductive Technology Database System and is well versed in the recent technological advances in the field of reproductive medicine.
 
Dr. Lipari's clinical interests include primary and secondary infertility, Assisted Reproductive Technologies (including In Vitro Fertilization and intracytoplasmic sperm injection), optimal stimulation protocols for women suffering from decreased ovarian reserve, recurrent pregnancy loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome, fibroids and minimally invasive surgery.
 
Dr. Lipari has ongoing research projects investigating: the use of embryo metabolism as a marker for embryo quality; the molecular aspects of optimizing luteal phase endometrial receptivity; as well as the development of novel stimulation protocols for the "poor responder" IVF patient.  
 
Dr. Lipari is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, the Society for Reproductive Surgeons, the Endocrine Society, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Medical Association.
 
Having followed many subfertile patients, Dr. Lipari realizes the frustration involved in the process and follows an approach that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of fertility therapy. While not assisting couples in achieving their reproductive goals, Dr. Lipari enjoys participating in outdoor activities with his wife Grace and daughter, Sophia. He also enjoys boating, fishing and golf.
