Nicole Long is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Idaho State University (ISU) in 2002, graduating Sigma Theta Tau in Nursing. Nicole specialized in women’s health, spending most of her Registered Nursing career in Labor and Delivery. During this time, she became a Childbirth Educator and a Fetal Heart Monitoring Instructor through the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics, and Neonatal Nursing. Nicole is certified in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) through the National Certification Corporation. Her passion for obstetrics led her to join Air Idaho Rescue’s Maternal Transport team, assisting in high-risk obstetrical transports throughout Southeastern Idaho.

In 2012, Nicole graduated Sigma Theta Tau from ISU with a Master’s degree in Nursing; during this time, she received a teaching assistant position with ISU’s Undergraduate Department of Nursing, teaching didactic and clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN). After graduation, she joined a successful OBGYN practice in Idaho Falls, ID. Nicole specializes in infertility, pregnancy, hormone therapy, contraception, gynecological conditions, menopause, wellness screenings, and health examinations. Nicole also surgically assists in the operating room, allowing her added insight into treatment and care. Nicole has worked closely with her mentoring OBGYNs, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and GYN-Oncology.

Nicole joined JCRM in 2022 after relocating with her husband and two children to Jacksonville. She is excited to continue her career in Florida and proud to be a part of JCRM.
