Courtney was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida.
 
She graduated from South University with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2008. She and her husband then moved to Okinawa Japan, where she worked at a US Navy family practice clinic. In 2011, when her husband received orders they returned to the United States and settled in Panama City, Florida. Courtney then worked in a medical surgical unit at a local hospital before transferring to a post partum unit. That is where her love for women’s health began.

She then learned about reproductive endocrinology and left the bedside to join Advanced Reproductive Specialists as a RN in 2021. Courtney quickly realized her passion for infertility. In December 2024, she completed her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Frontier Nursing University. She is board certified by the National Certification Corporation (NCC).

When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters.
